Supplement Refunds

We offer refunds on dietary supplements within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a supplement refund:

• The product must be unopened and unused

• It must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the product is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prescription & Injectable Products — Final Sale

Due to federal pharmacy and FDA regulations, all prescription (Rx) medications and injectable products are non-refundable and non-returnable once dispensed, including compounded medications and peptides.

This is required under:
21 U.S.C. § 353 (Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) and
USP <795>, <797>, and <800> compounding and handling standards, which mandate that once a prescription drug leaves the control of a licensed pharmacy, its identity, strength, quality, and sterility can no longer be guaranteed.
For this reason, returned prescription medications may not be re-dispensed or refunded under federal law.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Compounded medications

• Injectable therapies

• Peptides

• IV medications

• Any prescription-only product

Exchanges

Non-prescription, non-perishable products may be exchanged within 30 days if:

• The item is defective

• It is unused

• It remains in original packaging

Perishable products are not eligible for exchange.

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
